I just ran into my prayer room and grabbed my little tape recorder. I didn’t want to miss, or forget, one word that the Spirit of the Lord spoke through me. I’m recording every single, anointed word that the Lord speaks through me! When God speaks... wonderful things happen.

Yes... I’m excited!

___You see, at this very moment of time, there is such an awesome anointing upon me. I’ve never felt my hands burning like this with a supernatural heat. In fact, I can honestly say that Jesus is speaking directly to my heart. And THIS VERY MOMENT... He is giving me a MIRACLE WORD to share with you that can miraculously transform every circumstance and challenge that you are facing right now into a tremendous victory.

Dear Brother Stafford,

___This is truly a miracle moment! It’s very important that you hear what the Spirit of the Lord is saying to you through these anointed words.

___I’ve got to stop right here for a moment. Something important is coming to me... I must write what I’m getting about your financial independence right this second in my notepad (I want to share it with you):

___REMEMBER THIS DATE BECAUSE IT IS GOING TO BE A VERY SIGNIFICANT DAY FOR YOUR FUTURE! YOU ARE ABOUT TO EXPERIENCE 40 DAYS OF MIRACLES!

___Don’t worry. What God let me “see” happening to you in the final days of 2026 is very good news. I would say that it’s even exceptional news! But it is so very important for you right now to be very sensitive and very open unto the instruction and leading of the Holy Spirit so that you can act quickly to take full advantage of the miracle doors that God is going to open for you.

___Let me tell you, Steven, that the revelations I’m about to share with you are so important that they could completely change your entire existence... if you follow to the letter the simple advice I’m going to give you in just a minute.

___This mighty visitation is unlike ANYTHING I have experienced in a very long time. I believe God is about to start working through me in a very new way in order to bless you like I have never been able to do before.

___The reason I say this is because everything is changing so rapidly in our world. Have you noticed that it seems to take more money just to make ends meet? Have you noticed that sleep doesn’t seem to provide the rest it once did, that sometimes you wake up in the morning feeling as tired as when you went to bed the night before? I’m sure you’ve noticed these and many other things that I could mention to you.

___While wondering and praying about all this, I reminded the Lord, “Your word says, ‘For I am the Lord, I change not...’” (Malachi 3:6). The Lord answered back in my spirit, “It is true that I never change. I am the same yesterday and today and forever. But the world in which my children live is changing. When it changes it takes more of my power flowing into their lives in order to have ALL of their needs supplied.”

___Then the Lord reminded me of a familiar account of Elijah and Elisha. The Lord spoke to my heart, “While My power for Elijah was of one degree for one time, Elisha was a prophet for another generation. Because that generation changed, he needed a stronger degree of My power than did Elijah. He NEEDED A DOUBLE PORTION! I desire to do the same kind of thing for Steven that I did for Elisha. I desire to literally fill him with an extra measure of MY GOODNESS and POWER in order for him to deal with the situation facing him right now!”

___Have I not said, “Behold I shall do a new thing... I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.” (Isaiah 43:19). “NOW is the time for Me to do that new thing of which I have spoken.”

___Take courage Steven. God has sent me to you today. He has brought me to you with a supernatural, fresh, NEW ANOINTING and WORD OF VICTORY that is for this very moment. AND IT IS FOR YOU!

___That is why I have written this email. As I was totally SWEPT AWAY in the Spirit and the supernatural fire of the Holy Spirit was literally burning in my hands the Lord directed me to my copy machine (just a few steps away from my prayer room and my Holy Altar). As my hand was glowing with supernatural heat, the Lord impressed me to make a copy of my hand and then rush it to you as soon as possible. This is the FRESH, NEW, POWERFUL ANOINTING that you need right now to see satan’s yoke broken and God’s power released in a mighty new way in your life and circumstances. God wants to ANOINT you afresh and PREPARE you for the MIRACLE VICTORIES THAT YOU NEED!

___Before Elisha ever had to raise the Shunamites’s son from the dead... he had to receive the anointing (receive Elijah’s mantle). Then Elisha was empowered to use his faith for his mighty victory over death

___Yes, I believe God sent me to you today! I am coming to you by faith through this email to offer you this SUPERNATURAL ANOINTING FOR VICTORY over your financial independence.

___You see, God had to prepare Elisha for His work and His victory long before he ever raised the Shunamite’s son from the dead. It was up to Elisha to take action and be willing to listen and obey God. And Elisha had to use what God had given him and allow God to use it to literally drive back the death angel. AND NOW IT’S YOUR TURN TO DO THE SAME!!

___God has already prepared the way! God has a FRESH ANOINTING OF POWER AND VICTORY FOR YOU! Because yesterday’s anointing and power is not sufficient to meet the challenges that are coming up during the next 40 days.

___This is your time right now, Steven to ENTER IN AND USE YOUR FAITH FOR YOUR VICTORY! RECEIVE THIS NEW ANOINTING! RECEIVE THIS NEW EMPOWERMENT OF THE HOLY SPIRIT!

___Now, I must tell you why I am stirred and excited! Because God gave me a glimpse of your future... and IT’S GLORIOUS! It is happier than you can even imagine!

___On October 11^th, you are going to enter into a 40 DAY CYCLE of miracles that will unleash several unbelievable events at the emotional and especially financial levels. It’s a period of time that will occur only once or twice in your entire life. BUT EVERYTHING DEPENDS ON HOW YOU RESPOND to the opportunities and open doors that lie just ahead of you.

___God sent me to you to prepare you to seize this moment and to share this powerful, new, fresh anointing with you so that you can see everything your hands touch - - - BLESSED. (Deuteronomy 28:8)

___THIS IS WHAT I WANT YOU TO DO (just 3 things):

___#1. Think of your most desired miracle request for just a moment. I want you to think about exactly where you need a special anointing for victory in your life.

___WHY: Because God led you to me. I want to cover you with a prophet’s prayer of faith and anointing. I want you to be surrounded by ministering angels as you move ahead and win... and win BIG!

___#2. Put your hand on my hand that I made as it was glowing with a supernatural white hot heat. I asked the Lord, will Steven, feel the same fire that I felt in my hands during this mighty visitation? God answered, “Tell Steven to look beyond your hand to my outstretched hand. It is from my hand that all these blessings will flow.” As you lay your hand on mine, pray this prayer: “Dear Jesus, I claim your mighty blessing upon my hands. Bless everything I touch during these next 40 days according to Deuteronomy 28:8. I receive your new anointing to be a mighty blessing. I receive these 40 days of blessing and miracles from you. In Jesus’ name.”

___#3. I want you to take action NOW. Use what God has already put into your hand. Samson was chained, beaten, betrayed, and outnumbered. When God placed the jawbone of an ass in his hand to fight with was this the best God could give him? NO! But it was all he needed to RELEASE HIS FAITH, AND WIN A MIGHTY VICTORY! Now, use what God has put in your hands (YOUR BEST GIFT) TO RELEASE YOUR FAITH TOWARD GOD TO MIRACULOUSLY MEET YOUR NEEDS.

___WHY? You MUST have the faith to LET GO before you will ever see a harvest of miracles.

___I challenge you now, RECEIVE the anointing that I want to share with you. It’s time to step into faith! These next 40 days are your days of greatest opportunity! I want you to step into that dimension (and experience) where God lives, where there is no lack, nor fear, nor sickness, nor turmoil. DON’T MISS THIS TIME OF PEACE, BLESSING and PROSPERITY. OH, HOW I WANT THIS FOR YOU!!!

___GIVE AN ANOINTED GIFT TO GOD OF $72.00 or a seed of $52.00. WHEN YOU GIVE YOU PUT A DEMAND ON GOD’S WORD. You are worshipping Him through your giving, which shows Him that He is your source - - - not you, or your employer, or the government.

___Take action quickly while the anointing is flowing. The presence of God is so strong right now. It’s so important to move while the Spirit of God is moving.

___GO TO MY WEBPAGE and put your sacrificial gift in my hand. When I receive it from you, I will place my hand of agreement on the needs that you have. A NEW, FRESH AND POWERFUL anointing will be released upon your life as you act in faith now! This will be just like I personally laid my hands on your prayer needs. 40 DAYS OF MIRACLES AND BLESSINGS LIE JUST AHEAD! As you seize this moment and receive this anointing that I want to share with you and sow your sacrificial seed of $72.00.

___Yes, happiness and victory are going to knock at your door and you’ll be ready to receive. This fresh anointing is greater than any evil hindrance that may come against you.

___ONE MORE THING: Just tell me what the one miracle you desire most is on my webpage. I will release an unusual prophetic anointing for that one thing that you have been believing and praying for.

___This prophet of joy wants to prove to you that this fresh NEW ANOINTING is greater than any hindrance satan may try to use to come against you. Go back over the three steps I shared with you and then go to my webpage.

___There are 40 days of miracles and blessings waiting for you, Brother Steven. I believe God has sent me to you with this anointing to encourage you to take action NOW! GO TO MY WEBPAGE to fill out my FRESH ANOINTING PRAYER SHEET to join our faith together! I’m patiently waiting to hear from you.

Love,

Rev. Peter Popoff
