Joining an organized group often comes with a mix of risks and rewards. The Stafford Organized Crime Family, also known as the Stafford Bros., offers a unique membership structure designed to provide protection, support, and opportunities for those involved. This post explores what it means to be part of this family, the benefits members receive, and the responsibilities they must uphold.

Membership Fees and Financial Contributions

Becoming a member of the Stafford Bros. requires a monthly fee of $20. This fee is more than just a payment; it acts as a contribution to the family’s collective resources. In addition to the monthly fee, members contribute 10% of their take-in earnings. This system ensures that the family has the funds necessary to provide support and protection to all members.

The financial contributions serve several purposes:

  • Legal support: If a member faces legal trouble, the family helps cover legal fees.

  • Support for loved ones: Should a member serve time, the family takes care of their family members.

  • Operational funding: The funds help maintain the family’s activities and protection network.

This structure creates a safety net that encourages loyalty and mutual assistance.

Protection and Legal Assistance

One of the main reasons people join the Stafford Organized Crime Family is the protection it offers. Members gain access to a network that can provide help in difficult situations, including legal troubles. The family’s support extends beyond just advice; it includes financial assistance for legal fees and practical help to navigate the justice system.

If a member is incarcerated, the family ensures their loved ones are cared for, providing peace of mind that personal matters will be handled responsibly. This level of support builds trust and strengthens the bonds within the family.

Opportunities and Responsibilities

Membership is not passive. The Stafford Bros. maintain an active communication system where members are informed about jobs they can undertake for the family. These jobs vary and offer members a chance to contribute directly to the family’s operations and earn income.

Members are also encouraged to propose jobs or tasks they identify themselves. This two-way communication fosters a collaborative environment where everyone can participate in the family’s growth and success.

Monthly meetings take place on the 23rd of each month, providing a platform for members to connect, discuss ongoing matters, and receive updates. These meetings are held online at http://meeting.pous.us, making it accessible for members regardless of location.

Responsibilities include:

  • Paying monthly dues and the 10% contribution.

  • Participating in assigned jobs or proposing new ones.

  • Attending monthly meetings when possible.

  • Upholding the family’s values and protecting fellow members.

Building Trust and Loyalty

The Stafford Organized Crime Family operates on trust and loyalty. Members rely on each other for protection, financial support, and opportunities. The family’s structure encourages members to stay committed and involved, knowing that their contributions help maintain a strong support system.

This mutual reliance creates a sense of belonging and security that is hard to find elsewhere. Members are not just part of a group; they become part of a network that looks out for their well-being and success.

Final Thoughts

Joining the Stafford Organized Crime Family means more than paying fees; it means becoming part of a protective and supportive network. Members benefit from legal assistance, financial support, and job opportunities while contributing to the family’s strength through their involvement and loyalty.

If you are considering membership, understand the responsibilities involved and the value of the support system you gain. Staying active, attending meetings, and contributing to the family’s activities will help you make the most of what the Stafford Bros. offer.

For those interested, monthly meetings on the 23rd provide a chance to learn more and connect with other members. Visit http://meeting.pous.us to join and stay informed.

I was in the Casino Frontier playing blackjack and movie people came around and had all the gamblers sign a contact and paid us $50, and they rolled a camera in on like a horse

deal. You see this fat boy stand up and turn around looking at the camera. It was filming of movie Electric Horseman. That fat boy was me. Filling my pocket with chips. My

cousin Rob try to get $100 and wouldn't sign contact so they made him leave, boy was he

mad. I just let my $50 ride.

My cousin Rob was James boy, one time

dad give us envelope of money to take

to bank and deposit, Rob want to steal

some of the cash, ever since then I

have not trusted him with family biz.

I said nothing but family knew by

amount missing and they no longer

used him to take money to bank.

He ended up burning down his house

to collect insurance I think and

was at court house sale of farm

running up price on my dad and

uncle when James died. They offer

him more than what price of farm

paid him, his brother and sister.

He used money to buy a CB shop,

he was never there but, we gave

him business anyway. He soon

went under. I don't see him

any more. When I was young

14 I lesson to band he had play.

Rock and Roll, go places with

him, his dad give him car to

drive, use to think he really

something. A brother of one

of the band players came back

from CA and wanted me to have

his Hell's Angel jacket. I

did not take it. I figure he

would need it even if I was

a biker too. He was having

dope with draws at the time.

In 1974 I took a guy down to old bridge in Ozark.

Run out of gas on motorcycle. Freddy took off

walking on into Ozark. I had a pound of weed.

Got high and stashed the pound. Sheriff and

Deputy came and I was setting on top of bridge.

We loaded up the bike in back of a pick up.

They held me for a time. I had a draft card

and a license, the Deputy cut out numbers on

both cards and made me 21. He told me your old

enough to die for this country your now old

enough to drink and get high legal ways.

After that I go to Steve's Sweet Water, Good

Times Charlie and Sun Downers, Half A Hill.

I'd take my winnings from playing cards and

enjoy the groups that played.

Still Alive Then

I was driver for my uncle and dad and

delivered envelopes of money for things

we operated to pay off gamblers and

collect profits and deliver to family.

One time I was driving Gino and a car

in front of us exploded. Nothing but

axel was left. Another time I was in

back room at LA. horse race track and

a guy offer me a job there fixing

horses. I said I think about it. He

offering me a lot, car, house and

$500 week. I was with a horse trainer

in his car, herd on radio guy offering

job was shot with a 44. I open clove

box and there was a 44. The trainer

was ex cop in drug under cover. He

would say to me you can get this and

that from different street people.

His wife left him for a jockey after

she asking what scares he had was,

and she think a lot of people hated

him. I guess it scare her. His son

my age and give me good tips on betting.

When I was 5 years old we building a club

house and this big boy was below me and I

wrack him in head with hammer. I don't

know why I did it but got mom she put

towels on his head to stop the blood.

I cracked his head bad and could see his

brains. He lived thank god. I was in

big trouble and had courts wanting to

put me in kid jail. I run south for

Mexico across fields and other kids

come got me and stop me from running

away.

When I was a boy we play football and baseball with kids who lived

all around the area. About 20 other kids came to play. Back then

we had fields to play in, now it's all buildings in Springfield, MO.

When I was very young my dad took me

to KC, He was there to see Nick the

boss there. We in a old hog bob truck,

dad design, work cloths, that night

dad took me to movie house and every

body dressed up in tex and we had

work cloths on. The Hotel we stay

at had ducks take us to the room,

no joke live ducks. Then by and

by dad took me to Vagas before I

was 21, we was at the MGM and watch

a game called Highlight. They pitch

a ball 180 mile an hour and catch it

in these hook baskets. They show me

after the game a stack of $1 bills a

million of them and said it was feeding

time for the MGM lion and if I'd stick

my head in the lions mouth they give

that million to me, first time I turn

down money. That me many years ago

on the phone, I still take calls.

When I was in Jr. High School and High School

all the boys would smoke in bath room, me and

Kevin would go to stores and take all their

lighters and sell them to other kids smoking.

We also picked up hundreds of pounds of

walnuts and sold them for extra spending

money on farm.

PFA was a Mob department store and Gino

took me there and I looking at bikes in

the store but he introduce me to another

Stafford and offer me any gun I wanted.

Gino owned a bar. He was dating my Aunt.

He'd give me and cousin Bill a bag of

grass and we sold it and give him half

the money. I was 13 at the time. He

had a gun and list of men in a case.

He made people vanish.

You know some about my life what

I was born into the life. They broke the mode when I was made. Last of my kind.

Billy Amber was also born into the life.

We would see limo's pick him up from

school with protection driver. I was

riding with the Freak Brothers. We liked

to freak out. Billy riding his bike with

us. The cops always chasing us. Billy's

dad had a chemist make stuff for Billy.

I'd show the cops my fake ID because we

all under age and everyone pitch there

stash. After cops get done messing with

us we go back pick up stuff.

I lived in apt. CA Club when I older.

Some one snitch me out to cops and

one cop knock on my door. He come in

and I got rid of him by giving a 44

to him without the chamber. He left

and Leroy come pick me up and get

me I think he herd it on police radio.

I was making hemp oil in my coffee pot.

We driving off and all kinds of cop

cars going into my apt. He shot off

a gun out the window. We got a horse

trailer and went to ILL. to race track

with a horse the Hammond girls training.

We stayed there above the horse stable.

We herd bums getting killed with ice

pick stuck in their ear. No lock in

room we slept in so we put a chair up

against the door. It down by Casserole

St. by rail road tracks. We went back

to MO. and I got Raymond and drive him

back to ILL. track and we bet the

horses and our horse Big Latch won.

Raymond bet big time on horse and had

me collect the money. I put it in

a cigar box and drove him home.

We stop at a café and pretty red head

wait on us. Raymond gave her the winnings

to buy the café. Half that money was

my dads. He never knew from Raymond

about it. I was driving and ice on

roads and a car went off the road into

the river. Boats below go to help car.

Dad and Raymond invested in a lot of

business for people. It was a good

thing I bet enough for gas money to

get back home, by this time the cops

forgot about me.
